A 30yearold man finds his 19month old stepson unresponsive, takes him across the et police have charged leo witham with 2 felonies and a misdemeanor. They say they found an open package of fentanyl in the motel room, as well as a bottle of prescription lorazapam that they also charge witham with intentionally hiding under a childs blanket on the bed. Police are waiting for toxicology results to see how the child died, and more charges could be filed.
