Grand jury indicts five including Senecaville man on theft charges

A Senecaville man already facing two felony theft charges was among five individuals recently indicted by a Guernsey County Common Pleas Court Grand Jury.
Mark A. Murphy, 61, is facing two new counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies, following a grand jury session on Friday. The offenses are alleged to have occurred on Oct. 10.
Murphy already faces two fifth-degree felony theft charges stemming from incidents between Feb. 1 and July 24. He was indicted by a grand jury on those charges on Aug. 12, according to online court records.
A final pretrial and an arraignment hearing on the new charges is scheduled for Dec. 21 in the common pleas court.
