A Pennsylvania teen has been charged with murder after fatally shooting a homeless man who he claimed sexually assaulted his girlfriend over the summer.
Thomas James Niarhos, 15, of Stowe, Pennsylvania , was charged with first degree murder following the death of Jeremiah Waylon Hawkins, 39, on Wednesday.
