Houston authorities have arrested Jeremiah Jones in the fatal Monday shooting of his ex-girlfiend's 9-year-old daughter. He has been charged with capital murder.
The former boyfriend of a Houston woman allegedly shot her and "executed" her 9-year-old daughter during a domestic dispute and remains on the run, police said.
