Got the first call about the shooting at 9 30 this morning. The witness told them it happened near russell road. Police closed the 15 from charleston to Spring Mountain for at least an hour during the investigation. Police say they arrived around 9 30 on i15 near sahara to find a couple shot and their car crashed into a barricade. Officers then learned the suspected shooter drove off. And shot 2 other vehicles. One was a car he shot 3 times, the other a semi he shot near tropicana and the 15. Totally ra unrelated, i dont know why he would shoot at these various vehicles on the 15. There may be other people that get home and find their vehicle has a gun shot in it the couple was rushed to the hospital where the woman died she was in her 40s. The driver is in his 50s. One other person was injured.
