Oregon City artist Tammy Jo Wilson received $1,500 this month from the Oregon Arts Commission to support her solo exhibition at Chemeketa Community College in Salem from Jan. 5 to Feb. 4, 2022. Wilson said she was excited to use the grant to support the creation of new artwork for the solo show. She added that the show will mostly consist of painting completed after the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, but that she might include the occasional pastel or older piece.
