Hayden City Council approved a zone change from suburban residential to single-family residential Tuesday, for a property on Reed Road south of Miles Avenue. The decision could allow six homes to be built on the parcel, pending further approvals.
With 16 luxury apartments on floors 2 and 3 and an Akamai Coffee Co. on the ground floor, the Midtown Centre Apartments building should be complete in mid-June at 821 N. Fourth St.
