Jarl Magnus Riiber continued his fine run of form as he won the first
of two men’s large hill competitions at the International Ski and
Snowboard Federation (FIS) Nordic Combined World Cup in Lahti,
Finland.
Norway claimed a clean sweep in the men’s 15 kilometres individual
free cross-country skiing event at the Nordic Skiing World
Championships in Planica.
Jarl Magnus Riiber, winner of yesterday's Nordic Combined World Cup
men's event in the Austrian resort of Ramsau, was beaten today by
Germany’s Vinzenz Geiger - but his Norwegian compatriot Gyda
Westvold Hansen completed a double in the women's competition.
