Tributes have poured in for a 15-year-old girl who died of a rare condition, with loved ones saying she will live on in people s hearts . Paige Jacobson, from Prescot, lit up the room and made everyone smile , a close family friend said. The Prescot High School student had dreams of being a teacher but sadly died after she became seriously unwell on December 3, having developed an infection related to a hidden condition called Ovarian Torsion.
