A ribbon-cutting ceremony will celebrate the launch of a new health collaborative partnership and the opening of the 55th & Pulaski Health Collaborative , a comprehensive clinical care center in Chicago’s Gage Park and West Elsdon communities.
In a privilege not granted to most Americans, illegal immigrants in Illinois between the ages of 55 and 64 can now receive taxpayer funded healthcare.
