A 47-year-old woman who lived in an apartment above the Five Acres Flea Market at 421 Route 46 in White Township lit the fire Monday morning that damaged the second-floor residence, authorities charge.
Jennifer L. Lammond is charged with arson, a second-degree crime which could land her a 10-year-prison sentence if she were convicted, Warren County Prosecutor Jim Pfeiffer said.
