This morning, two 14yearold students are facing charges connected to the shooting that happened at madison junior senior high this week. Wlwt news 5s emily wood has the message being sent. Reporter as Madison Junior Senior High School tries to move forward, more charges bring to light the importance of see something, say something. Butler county sheriff Richard Jones says the shooter, austin hancock, showed his gun to two classmates monday morning. But they never reported it. They might feel like its like being a snitch. Its your life. You dont want to hend up going to court and being stuck with Something Like this. Reporter the 14yearolds are facing failure to report a crime. The defense attorney, Mark Krumbein, said they cant be tried as adults but could face jail time or a variety of punishments.
