To the Editor:
Thank you Jennifer Scarlott for making explicit your support for rape, the murder of peace activists, and the abduction of children. We now know what you stand for; it is not justice, and certainly not peace.

If terror were rain, there would be a deluge in Gaza. If death were a rockfall, there would be an avalanche in Gaza. If injustice, if crimes against humanity, if genocide were the wind, there would be a hurricane in Gaza.

You fail to mention in your recent story about the death of Jordan Neely what it is like to be on the subway. A subway car where the incident took place is locked. From one station to another, you can’t get out of that.
The irony of Jordan Neely’s chokehold death at the hands of a so-called vigilante coming 16 years after his mother, Christie Neely, was fatally strangled and decapitated by her boyfriend, is not lost on anyone.
Several local groups and politicians have criticized the response of the New York Police Department and elected figures in the aftermath of the killing of Jordan Neely, a 30-year-old homeless Michael Jackson impersonator, who was choked to death last week by a 24-year-old former Marine on a Manhattan subway train.
