A Hillsborough County woman faces child abuse charges after investigators say she intentionally burned a child as a form of discipline. According to deputies, she took a hot pot, which had just been used to heat ramen on the stovetop, and pressed it against the 10-year-old's arm to "teach the child a lesson."
