Neither chilly weather nor a pandemic could keep the Easter bunnies away from Elmcroft Senior Living Home on Cramer Mountain Road Friday.
While practicing social distancing, residents were welcomed with smiling faces, colorful Easter egg decorations and we love you signs in a drive-thru parade of their family members.
Family members of the Elmcroft residents waved their hands, blew kisses and shouted I love you from their cars.
Cramerton Fire Department, Gaston County Sheriff s Office and other community members took part in the parade to show the residents that they are loved during their quarantine.
