Brewing an impact on International Women s Day

(WHEC) March 8 is International Women s Day, and what better way to celebrate than having a brew created by women from around the region?  Sixteen women got together at Naked Dove Brewing Company Monday to brew an IPA named Impact. A portion of the sales of the new IPA will go toward the SAFE program, which stands for Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner. We are from a lot of different breweries and craft beer establishments around the local area Ontario, Monroe as far as out as Auburn, Prison City, and WhichCraft, Kristy Aldrich said. I am with Reinvention Brewing in Manchester, so we ve got quite the representation here of the Finger Lakes area.
