This morning inside this Apartment Building in richmond hill. Police say a threeweekold boy discovered dead in a courtyard here. Neighbors aghast. Oh, my god, thats horrible. Thats terrible. Reporter police say it happened around 4 a. M. Here on 115th street and myrtle avenue. The infant who lived with his family on the fourth floor of the building. There was blood everywhere.
