LOCKPORT, IL Jeff Rigoni, President of the Lockport Township Park District, had been reelected as Vice Chairman of the Illinois Association of Park Districts’ Board of Trustees, according to a release from the park district. Rigoni joined the IAPD board in 2017, the park district said.
