Lakes Regional Healthcare Introduces New Cooking Program Highlighting Affordable Meals

Spirit Lake, IA (KICD)– Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake is launching a new program this weekend to help promote healthy eating while also highlighting affordable meals.
Jennifer Gustafson is the Vice President of Marketing and Retail Services. She tells us the “Let’s Get Cooking” is free to take part in and will include resources to make cheap and delicious meals.
Gustafson says the staff at Lakes Regional have also put together a guide of ways to save money while cooking at home.
