Varsity students urged to venture into farming sector

UNIVERSITY students have been urged to venture into agriculture and other sectors to overcome unemployment.
Speaking yesterday in Dar es Salaam when launching a ‘JATU Uni Talk’ program which aims at providing a platform for university students to link together and share their ideas on how they can improve their financial situation while at university through agricultural farming.
Jenga Afya Tokomeza Umaskini (JATU) General Manager Mohamedi Simbano said that the JATU uni talk programme aim at unifying all university students in the country to come together and think beyond their academic qualifications and be able to engage in agricultural activities which will help them to earn while at university.
