Jose montanos defense Attorney Says surveillance cameras caught them making out and pressing them each other against longer lockers when before going into the bathroom before Henry Sanchez joined in to what they call consensual sex and all the rape charges dropped but jose montano is facing new counts of possession and distribution of child pornography, going back to the video that the girl sent him.
