Wicked Local CHELMSFORD A plan to make the town more accessible for older residents has garnered approval, after the Select Board reviewed progress by an age-friendly action team.  The board voted unanimously on Feb. 8 to approve the plan, following a presentation by Fred Brusseau, and Debra Siriani, cochairmen of the Age-Friendly Core Team.  Siriani serves as human services director of the Chelmsford Senior Center.  A changing population The population of Chelmsford, like many towns in the area, is aging, Brusseau said. The plan s goal is to make town services as accessible as possible to residents of all ages. You only have to look across town departments, to see services offered for residents.of all ages. But we can do better, Brusseau said.
