Students alerting them to this situation. We want to really promote what our core values are on our campus rather than promote the message on those fliers. Reporter chief diversity officer dr. Kathleen, confirms police and staffers found flyers august 12th. Thats nine days before instruction started for the fall semester, from the american identity movement, a nonprofit activist fraternal organization. Other campuses across the country also had similar fliers distributed on their grounds. It violated the time place and manner policy that regulates how information is distributed. We spoke with students who say the message and action of placing material on this campus is concerning. It really does cause alarm. There so much hate going on nowadays, you are always on your toes because you are scared something serious is going to happen. People find it easier to these things. I dont think anybody likes them. We are a campus that wants to stay engaged rather than brushing them under the tabl

If we look at where we are going today we are going to have the clouds with us as you go throughout the day. At least the first portion of the day. They will stick around. Temperatures will get up into the 09s for some of the inland communities. A little cooler than yesterday. If you are at the coast you will feel the cooler temperatures. Inland you will feel it a little bit. Still 94 expected in concord. 79 oakland. 72 in San Francisco. A little bit cooler and not to bad today before we get toward the weekend. We will talk about that when i come back. For now we will head out to the roads an the commute for the 4 00 a. M. Start. Its a very different beast when you get on the road this early in the morning. Its very nice. It is. Nice and quiet. Thats what we have. We have a nice quiet start to this thursday morning commute. If you are driving on 580 at 20
Ferna ndo street and 4th. They found the body of a man declared dead on the scene. We are treating this as a felony hit and run. We have a death as a result of vehicle verses pedestrian type of collision. The driver drove away, didnt try to contact anyone to render aid to the victim, never called 911. We are trying to identity who this driver is. Reporter police spent about four hours taking measurements, gathering evidence. There was little activity at the intersection and witnesses were difficult to come by due to the early hour. At 6 40 the coroner removed the body of the victim from the roadway. During the day the intersection is a bustling hub of activity with pedestrians, cars, buses, bikes and scooters headed in all directions. The design is purposeful and organized. The way everything is set up its not bad. I wouldnt know how to improve on it.
