Attorneys office cited specific reasons for bringing charges, aggravated indecent assault today. A big consideration was the statute of limitations, remember, it was just about to come up, it was almost 12 years ago when this case was first investigated. However, the District Attorney at the time did not bring charges, did not bring criminal charges. However, when the civil depositions were made public this summer thats when the current District Attorney decided to take another look. Depositions came from the civil case between Andrea Constand and bill cosby. In the depositions were admission bill cosby made. For instance, admitted to obtaining seven prescriptions for quaaludes he never intended to take but give to women.
