What started as a child custody dispute inside the office of the Mott-Regent School ended with a sheriff's deputy shooting and killing the father, 34-year-old Jeffrie Ray Glover Jr.
"As Mr. Glover was the only person engaged in criminal activity at the school that day and, he has passed away rendering the matter moot, I am closing this file as case closed, no charges filed," a BCI investigative memo reads.
