Warren City Attorney Ethan Vinson announced in a press release Oct. 24 that complaints were filed against Mai Xiong as well as four members of the Warren City Council with the Michigan Secretary of State last week.
The results of a forensic audit of Warren’s Downtown Development Authority have been sent to the state treasury department and the Warren City Council is asking Attorney General Dana Nessel to take action against Mayor James Fouts based on audit findings.
