One occupier drove an atv outside the barricades, the fbi blocked all entrances and exits and leading to hours of tense negotiations. Ammon bundy and other members of the group were arrested around two weeks ago. Ammons father clive bundy gained prominence after his own standoff with the federal government last year. Retired U.S. Army Colonel Jeffrey Gaylord was the keynote speaker, and shared moving memories of presenting four flags to families of fallen soldiers during his 30-years of service.
