0 much more of the news room straight ahead with don lemon there. hey, don. oh, yes, looking good. okay. you re all straight. good to see you, fred, have a great couple days off. hello, everyone here. it is atop of the hour. we re going to start with these two killers who slip pd out of prison are back behind bars right now. they were busted on saturday every evening while hanging out at a motel in the florida pan hand 8. but this is not an open and shut case. today, florida police want to know who else is involved? charles walker and joseph jenkins escaped separately. police found them at the coke nult grove motor inn in panama city unarmed waiting for a ride. nick, police say these guys had to have a lot of help during their time on the run. do they have any names or any leads yet? hey, don, that s where we re going to start. i just got off the phone with the florida department of law enforcement. they tell me that arrests are em innocent. they ll be looking at people who h
at fault. we don t have a the statute or authority to question the court s decision. this will be a lesson learned for all involved. the department of corrections made changes to releases. they require clarifications from the judges before anyone is released early. this is not the first time something like this has happened. tell us about what you learned. yeah, it s leaving a lot of people crashing their heads. people here in florida could not have known these schemes were out there. jeffrey forbes tried to scam the system for an early release if it wasn t for a private investigator closely looking at his case that he wasn t eligible for that release forbes could be out as well. charges were levelled against

one 14-year-old boy. he has autism and hasn t been seen in two weeks. and the president s bruising budget battle with republicans in congress may have set us up for a rematch perhaps in a couple of months. the crisis is averted at least for now. we ll have all of those stories for new a minute. first, we want to begin this hour in greece where authorities are trying to figure out the identity of a 4-year-old girl. this one right here. she was found thursday in a roma or gypsy community, in the custody of a couple who claimed to be her parents. but dna testing revealed she is not related to either of the people she was with, and police have no idea where she might have come from. the couple who said they were the girl s parents, they have now been charged with abduction of a minor. and now, a greek charity is taking care of that child, but they want to know more about her and, hopefully, find her real family. we have the communications officer for the charity called the
