Ipad they activated the find my iphone app, the same way the deputies found a woman who drove off a cliff in mt. Hamilton tuesday. They tracked it to a Shopping Center but as they arrived the laptop was turned off. They say thanks to the partial description from the neighbor the deputies staked out the correct vehicle and made the arrest. Theyve gotten rid of most of evidence. Theyve got cash in their pockets, theyre excited. To see a sheriffs car behind them, deputies pull them over and search them and find the items. I think they were in disbelief and shock that we could solve this crime so quickly. Reporter the suspects were booked for possession of stolen items and pulmonary. The Sheriffs Department says based on the items retrieved they believe the suspects are responsible for other burglaries in Santa Clara County and want recent victims to contact investigators.
