Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg Spring brings new exhibitions to the museum. Opening April 10, “Antioch Reclaimed: Ancient Mosaics at the MFA” features five restored mosaics from the second to fifth centuries from the museum’s collection. The exhibition includes details about the 1930s excavation where they were first discovered, with a loan of major artworks from Princeton University Art Museum. It also includes two mosaics that were mysteriously buried in the museum’s lawn and excavated in 2018. It remains on display through Aug. 22.
