Mayor-Elect Robert Listenberger is pleased to announce that Jeffery R. Houin has accepted the position of City of Plymouth Attorney. Houin will officially begin his duties on January 1st, 2024. Though Houin will be reporting directly to the mayor he will be available to assist in all matters concerning the City of Plymouth including the
