A man shot on the citys east side sitting in his car as officers arrive on the scene. Police found 55th and euclid. The man was transported to University Hospital in critical condition. Also over night, cleveland firefighters battle a fire at an Apartment Building on the citys east side. It happened just a few hours ago at carson avenue and east 73rd street. Firefighters called out reports of a working fire. We are told everyone got out safely and crewed had the fire under control within an hour. No word yet begun yet on the cause of that fire.
