Ex-Mayor William Bell says he’ll run again against Birmingham Mayor Woodfin

“I’m running,” Bell said. “I’m trying not to get ahead of myself.”
Bell said he plans a formal event and announcement for Feb. 26.
He said he has filed paperwork with the Jefferson County Probate Office and the Alabama Secretary of State as he works out the plan for his campaign.
“I’m in the exploratory phase right now,” Bell said.
