Mar 02, 2021 County health departments are getting big deliveries of coronavirus vaccines and lots of appointments are available.
Jefferson County s clinic is Wednesday 8am-5pm at Jefferson Community College s McVean Gymnasium in Watertown.
County health officials say they will be administering 1,170 first doses of the coronavirus vaccine, with lots of appointments to fill. Appointments can be made online or by calling the county Office for the Aging at 315-785-3191. Transportation arrangements are available through the Volunteer Transportation Center at 315-788-0422.
Warren County has the same number of doses, according to the Post-Star, and is taking appointments for people 65+ for a clinic next week. The county has established a waiting list for appointments call the special vaccine hotline at (518) 824-8804.
