JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) A Jefferson City woman was sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to a January 2020 arson. Thompson said Guinn was given the maximum sentence for the charge. The other person charged in the case, William Musgrove, faces a count each of attempted arson and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities said a glass pipe with methamphetamine residue was found at the scene. As of Thursday, online court records said Musgrove had a court hearing scheduled for March 22.
