As I look back on Trump’s wasted four years as president, the 20,000 lies that he spoke, none of them affected me as much as the untruths he spoke about Covid-19, that it would be gone by spring.
The Chinese virus he called it, the fact that he refused to wear a mask, and held rallies where thousands of people were maskless. Yet followers were mesmerized by his speeches following him over the covid cliff, thousands of lives were cut short following Trump’s advice on Covid-19, one of those that died was my biological father who loved Trump, and supported him 100% as the “greatest” president ever.
In The Groove Closing Its Downtown Owensboro Location
It was October of 2018 that James and Jeff Whitehouse opened In The Groove in downtown Owensboro. Their shop, which specializes in custom laser engraving, was located on 3rd Street. However, after a two-and-a-half year run in that location, the married partners will soon be closing that chapter and doors to the downtown space. When the In The Groove closes following its Christmas Eve morning shopping hours, that location will be closed permanently. However, that doesn t mean Jeff and James are going away. In The Groove actually continues to expand.
Yesterday evening, Jeff shared a heartfelt goodbye to the couple s downtown location. We have been here almost 2.5 years and we have gotten to know so many of you, near and far. We have laughed, cried, bled, and lost sleep over this location. But, here we are, at the close of another successful Holiday season, all because of y’all, and it is time to close our doors down
