An international wireless company is planting a major distribution center in Flower Mound.
Developer Duke Realty Corp. said a “global provider of wireless services and device management solutions” company is leasing a 274,994-square-foot warehouse in its Lakeside Ranch business park on Lakeside Parkway in Flower Mound.
The building owner did not disclose the new shipping hub operator.
But Flower Mound building permits identify the company as Florida-based Brightstar Corp.

Plastipak Packaging Inc. has increased its footprint to 470,590 square feet of space at its 3200 Kingsley Road operation.
The company signed a long-term lease agreement with building owner Duke Realty Corp.

A North Texas-based technology logistics firm is more than doubling the size of its Coppell operations.
Premier LogiTech LLC is adding more than 110,000 square feet to its operations at 600 South Royal Lane.
The company was founded in 2007 and handles tech products logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, repairs and recycling.
Premier LogiTech will now occupy almost 180,000 square feet in Duke Realty’s Freeport II building.
