KEY ACTION Tye Twarog, water plant operator, explained to council that he has had notifications from residents about discolored water within the village. He went on to explain that this is due to encountering clogged filters during the back washing of the filters at the water plant. He feels that there is sediment in the system that is breaking free. He went on to explain that the filters are very expensive to replace and he would hate to invest that money when the new plant, that is in the final planning stages, will not support this filtration system.
