Company ) announced today that the Company is halting its cultivation activities at its indoor facility in Carson City, Nevada. Management, in conjunction with Jeff Malinovitz and Clyde Story, the operators of record at Carson City, have concluded that despite ongoing efforts to rectify matters, the current facility is not performing as expected and it is extremely challenging to produce the type of premium product the operators specialize in. As a result, the Company does not believe it can achieve profitable cultivation operations at the Carson City facility without substantial modifications.

Company ) confirmed the completion of the second harvest for the optimized Carson City facility. Following last month s announcement of the first harvest, Jeff Malinovitz and the cultivation team have continued to bring tremendous efficiencies to the operation and plan to have future harvests every 4-5 weeks moving forward. Included herein are pictures of the crop being dried and prepared for processing.

Company ) announced that the first harvest of the optimized Carson City facility is complete. This harvest was initiated last fall when Jeff Malinovitz and Clyde Story were appointed as Cultivators of Record and brought optimizations with new genetics to the facility. Laboratory testing has now concluded, all product has passed testing and certificates of analysis have been issued for each strain in the harvest. The comprehensive testing assesses levels of various cannabinoids and terpenes, as well as safety attributes including pesticides, microbials, heavy metals, and mycotoxins.
