NEWFOLDEN, Minn. The Marshall County Central School Board voted to OK the resignation of high school social studies teacher Eric Mimnaugh.
It came with an agreement, however Superintendent Jeff Lund said he could not disclose the agreement. He also would not say why Mimnaugh was on nondisciplinary paid administrative leave, though it came at the same time he received a formal complaint.
WDAY News obtained letters along with pages of other documents sent to Lund by alleged victims of inappropriate behavior.
