TO THE EDITOR:
In Simon and Garfukel’s hit song, The Boxer, a line of lyrics states “a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest.” A translation of that line is “I don’t want to be bothered by the truth.” That kind of thinking contributes to the unproductive divide we see today in America.
A good percentage of people believe, of course, green energy is a lie because the construct of man-made climate change is a lie. To those people I plead, assume for the moment there’s at least some truth to man-made climate change, and keep reading.
