Quantity of complaints, but i want to talk about the quality or value of those complaints. Since the inception, the Whistleblower Program has been plagued by minor complaints. The 20102011 civil grand jury found that 36 were true whistleblower complaints alleging fraud, waste, and abuse. Then the Whistleblower Program developed a Risk Assessment policy that was designed to triage the complaints and sort them out into low, medium, or high risk complaints. For example, the medium risk cases involved potential losses of 10,000 to 50,000 or they implicate a mid level manager. The medium and high risk cases are not represented in the whistleblower reports. Instead, we get a preponder remembers of cases of low level employees who use Work Computers for personal business, who leave work early, or show up late, who gamble or sleep on the job, or who smoke in city cars and park them inappropriately. Good morning. Talk into the microphone. Good morning, commissioners, i am a senior resident of the housing park project. I love the buchanan mall area that was transformed when citizen film and green street and others made it a point to make it a livable area. When i say livable, it was just a bearren land before. Nothing was there but neighbor a basketball court. Now there are beautiful flowers and herbs and Entertainment Center to it is and read a book in the warm sunlight. It makes tourists really want to stop by and visit and look at our murals to see what we are doing in the neighborhood. At one point we had a beautiful garden there were i would pick my Collard Greens and cook and eat them, of course. I am looking forward to the concept to be done with the new area because i am sure it is going to be successful, and i am hoping that as much funding as possible can be given to that area, too. Of education law and the process and i was talking about a principle today and she was explaining the difference between an io4 and the other document. In my heart there is a lot of issues and its like going to the doctor and getting a diagnosis that youre uncomfortable with. I want to urge our legal team, communications team, and those that work with family liaisons, i dont know know of ways that were educating people on their rights. Parents can request assessments and its confusing how do we do that. I dont think its Common Knowledge that a parent can say theyre concerned about their comments and they want them assessed. If your child is assessed and you want them to go through the process, im not aware of any protocol for educating families on their rights. Maybe we have that, but its not visible on the website.
