Ivey to tour Fultondale, Alabama tornado damage Wednesday morning Updated Jan 26, 2021; Gov. Kay Ivey is scheduled on Wednesday morning to tour the widespread damage from Monday night’s tornado that touched down in Fultondale and killed a 14-year-old boy, injured more than 30 people and left a trail of devastation in its wake, her office announced Tuesday. Ivey is set to hold a press conference with Fultondale Mayor Larry Holcomb, Center Point Mayor Bobby Scott, Jefferson County Emergency Management Agency Director Jeff Coker and Alabama EMA Director Brian Hastings before surveying the damage caused by the EF-2 tornado, her office said.
