33yearold kirk figueroa, armed and wearing a bullet proof vest. I cant speak for the past, and we dont know what sparked it. Obviously theres some aliases and other states and a lot of arrests and violence and things like up. Were going to continue to look into the background and get a full understanding of who he is. As weve been reporting, figueroa had no criminal history here in massachusetts, but was impersonating a private investigator.
