Many are suffering from mental illness, and especially from ptsd. Some are pregnant. They are young. They are old. They do not need to be in jail. I volunteer while we live in San Francisco, we have to go out there. The families, many of the families do have to take Public Transportation and theres almost no Public Transportation out there.
