Crown Resorts CEO, Ken Barton, has resigned following the release of a damning 800 page report into Crown Resorts. The report found that the resort was not suitable to hold a license for a new Casino that was planned to be opened in Sydney.
NSW’s Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority led the report that brought attention to the allegations of money laundering and links to international criminal syndicates.
On the Record s, Jeff Bullen, spoke to Senior Lecturer of Company Law and Corporate Governance at Swinburne Law School, Helen Bird to discuss the report.

The Imagined Futures Housing and Homelessness Group, which consists of a range of specialist housing, homelessness and other community services, along with government agencies and sector peak bodies, works collectively in the local community to support a strategic place-based response to ending homelessness.
Imagined Futures began in 2014 with a focus on the Southwest Metropolitan area, and aims to pool collective wisdom and resources to work towards resolving the complex issues to do with youth, housing and community in the area.
Imagined Futures Executive Officer Leigh Sinclair joins On the Record s Jeff Bullen to discuss the group s focus areas, how the different agencies work together, their goals for the coming year, and how people can get involved through volunteering.
