Escaped Oregon inmate recaptured on Sauvie Island April 15 2021
Oregon State Police say Jedaiah Lunn is a suspect in an assault and carjacking Wednesday in the Gales Creek area.
A man reportedly walked away from his prison work crew Wednesday afternoon, April 14, in the Gales Creek area before being recaptured that night.
Jedaiah Lunn is an inmate at South Fork Prison Camp, situated in the Coast Range well west of Forest Grove, according to the Oregon Department of Corrections. The department reported Wednesday evening that Lunn had walked away from his work crew near the Gales Creek Campground at about 2:30 p.m., and around that time, two people were allegedly assaulted and their vehicle stolen in the area.
