Theres new platforms, more competition and, of course, more opportunity for women to tell their stories and create content and to rise up in the ranks of the companies, some which we have here, women at high levels. And yet there is this persistent , documented gender gap that exists in the number of women who report and produce the news and the number of women who direct films and have speaking parts in tv and film. And so we are here today with women who are breaking new ground in this area.
