Toledos mayor announced just a short time ago that toxins are still in the Drinking Water after overnight testing. The city of toledo is under a state of emergency with no usable tap water. Yesterday morning, you know, the individuals are coming from all over, different suburbs, different cities. Reporter nearly 500,000 people in and around the city all the way up to parts of neighboring michigan have tap water tainted by a toxin from lake erie.
