Apr 27, 2021 NILES Joseph A. “June Bug” Gentile Jr., of Niles, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021, at 12:35 p.m., in Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital. He was 75 years old. Joe was born April 19, 1946, in Warren, the son of the late Joseph A. Sr. and Angeline Toriello Gentile. He was a 1964 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and was always proud of being part of the 1961 and 1963 state championship football teams. Following high school, Joe matriculated to Youngstown State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business. In addition to his college degree, Mr. Gentile obtained his insurance license through the state of Ohio.
